Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Cyberloop Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong, provides IDC (Internet Data Center) services, data transmission solutions, virtual hosting, and blockchain infrastructure services (including validator node operation and mining rig colocation). By accessing or using our services ("Services"), you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS").

2. Service Scope

2.1 Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • IDC Services: Provision of secure data center facilities and infrastructure.
  • Data Transmission: High-speed network connectivity and data transfer solutions.
  • Virtual Hosting: Cloud-based server hosting and management.
  • Blockchain Services:
    • Validator node setup, operation, and maintenance;
    • Mining rig colocation services for blockchain networks;
    • Technical support for blockchain infrastructure.

2.2 Users are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws related to blockchain operations (e.g., cryptocurrency regulations).

3. User Obligations

3.1 You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • Not use our Services for illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, money laundering, or violating intellectual property rights;
  • Ensure mining rigs or blockchain nodes comply with network protocols and environmental/safety standards.

4. Payment & Fees

4.1 Fees for Services are published on our website or provided in a separate agreement.
4.2 We accept payment via bank transfer and cryptocurrency.
4.3 Prepaid services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by Hong Kong law.

5. Service Suspension & Termination

5.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services without notice if:

  • You breach these ToS;
  • Your activities risk the integrity of our infrastructure;
  • Payment is overdue by 30 days.

5.2 Upon termination, stored data may be deleted unless legally prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Our Services are provided "as-is." We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation;
  • Profitability of mining or validator node operations;
  • Compatibility of User-owned mining rigs with our infrastructure.

6.2 We are not liable for:

  • Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access;
  • Losses arising from blockchain network forks, attacks, or protocol changes;
  • Third-party actions affecting Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Data Privacy

8.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
8.2 Data transmission security is prioritized, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All infrastructure, software, and branding provided by Cyberloop remain our exclusive property.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

10.1 These ToS are governed by Hong Kong law.
10.2 Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Hong Kong courts.

11. Amendments

We may update these ToS at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
